Q1: How do I place an order on your website?
Ans: Once you have found your preferred product, just follow the steps below:

Q2: How do I search for products?

Ans: Click on the category name on the left of the homepage to view the products we have within those categories. You can also use the search bar located at the top of our homepage to find your preferred products.

Q3: How do I register?

Ans: Kindly click on the account tab located at the top right end of our homepage. Once clicking on account you will get a page where it will ask you for username and password. If you are an existing customer then you can login by putting username and password but if you are a new customer then click on register. Here you will get a registration form. Fill the form and then click submit to create your account. We have another option; once you buy any product your account will be create automatically. We will send you the username and password, You just keep this password yourself. Do you sell used or fairly used products? All the products on our website are brand new. We assure you authenticity and originality. What I will do if I cannot find my particular product on ClassyMalls? If we do not get your particular item/Product, please inform us as we are always looking to broaden our product selection and keep our customers satisfied. However, we have a variety of other products that are similar to what you want. I Have Placed an Order but it does not showing in ‘My Account' Section? Do not worry! You might be experiencing some slight delay in the updating of your order details in the ‘My Account' section, for sometimes our systems are flooded with new orders. So please be patient—Your order details will be automatically updated soon. How Do I Cancel My Order? Changed your mind and do not wish to buy the product that you have ordered? Within 24 hours from the date of purchase, just write to us at support@Classymalls.com or calls us at Mobile Number asking for a cancellation. After the cancellation of a pre-paid Order, a full refund will be initiated to your account within 2-3 days through the same mode that you had used for the payment. In case of an Express Order/s, the products are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. As a result, an order can only be cancelled if it has not been processed or shipped. Since, cash on delivery (COD) is a special service where we purchase the product from our vendor as per your commitment to pay and ship your order without any pre-payment, we do not take cancellations after we have received the merchandise from the vendor.

Q4: How Do I Track the Status of My Order?

Ans: Click on to 'My Profile' and then the ‘Order History' section on your ClassyMalls.com account to view all details like the order number, date of order placement, product and quantity, value, payment mode and status of the order.

Q5: How Do I Confirm the Cash on Delivery Order?

Ans: Once you have checked all the details including product/s, shipping address and payment mode, click on ‘Commit' and your order is placed.

You will receive an email and call from us once you place order by selecting cash delivery. If you think it is difficult to understand the process don’t worries! Simply call our customer care and we will assist you.

Q6: What will happen if I am not home at the time of delivery?

Ans: Our dispatch personnel would call you before making the delivery. If you are unavailable to receive your item, a re-delivery will be scheduled within 3 days. Please note that your order will be cancelled after 3 re-delivery attempts.

Ans: Yes. If you haven’t received your items after the 5th day, kindly contact us on Mobile Number or send an email to customer.care@classymalls (quoting your order number). If you are located outside our COD regions, we urge you to track the progress of your order using your tracking number on our Tracking Page. For outside Dhaka, where we do not give doorstep delivery you will have to collect the product from our 3PL partner’s branch office in your region.

Q10: Which locations do you accept Cash on Delivery?

Ans: We accept cash on delivery in all the major cities in Bangladesh, except few cities which you can confirm with our customer service team at Mobile Number. To pay in cash, please make sure you have the exact amount as our delivery men do not carry petty cash.

Q11: How do I track my order?

Ans: We will send you an email when your order is shipped. You can also see it in your account with login. We also send you a tracking page once you complete the purchase.

Q12: Will I receive all my orders in a single package?

Ans: We endeavour to send out products readily available as most of our customers appreciate prompt deliveries. If your orders do not come in a single package, be rest assured that the remaining item(s) will also be delivered to you within the delivery timeline

• Money will not be refunded once the seal is broken, unless the product is dead-on-arrival If the item is General Merchandising (but not electronics):

• Customer can let the delivery agent open the package to quickly check, but can not try the item (on a power station, etc.) before paying to delivery agent. If the item is fashion:

Ans: We currently have a returns policy of 7 days from the date of delivery and this applies to all fashion and general merchandise products. If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive, you can request for a replacement as long as it meets our conditions.

I have received a faulty item.

We want all our customers to receive top quality goods. If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, you can return it back to us to assess, within 7 days of your delivery. If any product is unsatisfactory- due to defective workmanship or materials, we will refund you the purchase price if it meets our timeline requirements. Products that pass quality check, and are deemed satisfactory will be returned to you for your use

I have received my goods but I do not like them

After an item is retrieved, we refund the full cost of eligible purchases by: 1. Pre-paid orders are refunded via card reversal. 2. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via Refund Voucher, valid for 1 year.

I have received my order but the wrong item was delivered to me

Please call or send us an email to schedule a retrieval of the item. For the item to be returned, it must be in an ‘as new’ state with all the seals and tags intact.

We will work on retrieving this product and processing a replacement once this claim is validated, as long as it is within our 7 days returns policy.

Q22: Is there anything that I can't send back for a refund/replacement?
